microAPPS TRAINING PLATFORM (mATP) supports the development of Global Employability Master Skills through a collection of MICRO LEARNING APPs that use game-based learning. The microAPPs-based training will build competence for Innovation management, Design Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Global cultural effectiveness, Concentration and Focus as well as Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.
The GEMS-mATP will train and prepare to apply these aptitudes for skilling, upskilling, or re-skilling for the purpose of "enhancing transversal employability"
